Crossfit is a back to basics strength and conditioning program. It combines constant variation, intensity, and functional movements in workouts-of-the-day (wod) that produce dramatic changes in strength, stamina, and body shape. It was developed to enhance every individuals competency at all physical tasks. Crossfit is an international fitness program with over 650 affiliates worldwide. We are a private fitness program where clients can workout only under the direction of a Crossfit certified trainer.
